Northern Iowa, Dr. Barbara Safford, Professor of School Library Media Studies,
and Matt Kollasch, Director of Instructional Resources and Technology Services.
It provides access to many sample AUPs.
Indiana Department of Education's State Recommendations for Public
School Internet Acceptable Use Policies and Guidelines
These recommendations can serve as a checklist for those developing
an AUP.
Center for Responsible Use of Information Technologies
The University of Oregon's Center for Responsible Use
of Information Technologies. The Center focuses on legal and ethical issues
of the Internet and other technologies. This site includes a series of AUP
templates developed by Nancy Willard, Information Technology Consultant.
